Having a wedding outside can be a beautiful experience and having the reception at a nearby outside location can also be a great way to experience the beautiful scenery of a particular wedding location. There are a number of places that a wedding reception venue might be best held outside, but even the most picturesque locations can be subjected to some bad weather. This means it's all but required that a back up reception venue be chosen just in case there is the threat of rain or other harsh weather. Some people are shaking their heads over the very odd behavior of a janitor at a school in which the cleaning professional was apparently angered and started to wave a hose around at passersby which promoted a response from the local campus police.
